"The problems encountered were as follows: * room handed over almost two hours late compared to the announced check-in time; * prolonged wait despite several announcements indicating that the room would be ready "in 10 minutes"; * particularly difficult wait given my situation as a person with reduced mobility (PRM), undergoing heavy medication, after a journey of several hundred kilometers for a medical appointment; * room still being prepared upon our arrival, with a technician working for approximately 30 minutes and the impossibility of immediately using the room due to the noise of the drill; * lack of bath towels requiring a further wait; * no hot water upon our arrival, preventing us from taking a shower under normal conditions; * no internet access and the smart TV was unusable."

Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨"

"The hotel's location is convenient for getting to nearby towns and the airport, but we were given a connecting room with poor soundproofing. The window in our room was tiny, and we couldn't even shower on our first night because the showerhead barely trickled water. They only offered to repair it the next day and wouldn't move us to a different room."

"The most obvious advantage of the hotel is its location. You can see the sea right outside, which is quite comfortable. There are also many restaurants to choose from around. There are no minefields in the room. The price-performance ratio is ok. I went there during the off-season. The front desk also asked if I wanted to upgrade to a sea view room at a discounted price."

"I stayed here for my graduation trip to Nice! I chose this hotel partly because it was featured in 'Offline Love,' a Netflix original reality dating show, where several of the male contestants stayed. As expected from a hotel booked by Netflix, even a standard room offered plenty of space for two, featuring a large mirror, numerous charging points, a clean and spacious shower room, and ample wardrobe space for two people's clothes. The reception staff were always smiling and very helpful, making for a truly pleasant experience. The hotel's location is also fantastic, just a stone's throw from the city center. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice!"
